Frequently Asked Questions

v      What is involved in planning and how long does it take?

The travel dates and length of the tour have to be decided on.  Quotes from hotels and flights are obtained and promotion begins once the brochures are printed.  A deposit is paid upon registration and the final payment is due 45 days before the day of departure.  The rooming list is finalized one month before leaving.  The entire process takes up to a year.  However it can be shorter once a group has been procured.

v      What is a good sized group?

In order to enjoy group rates, a minimum of 15 participants is required.  Our coaches take up to 45 passengers comfortably, each with a personal guide.  For quality and personal service, we will handle groups of 15-150.

v      Can the spiritual leader of the group incorporate his sharing into the tour itinerary?

Almost all the sites we visit are connected to the Word of God.  What the leader has to impart to his group as well as what the group has to share with each during this time is an important aspect of the tour.

v      Who will be our guide?

All our guides are experienced and have a good working relationship with us. They are professionally trained, reliable and very knowledgeable.  Their flexibility allows them to cater to the unique need of each group.

v      What is the best time to visit?

The best time is either the fall (end of September – November) or during spring time (March – June).  Low season is between late November and the end of February, regular season is between March and almost the end of November and high season is the months of July and August.

v      What is the price fluctuation like at different times of the year?

Our contacts overseas work very hard to give us the best quote. (This involves allowing them time to obtain the best price for us).  The difference in price depends on the season of the visit, the length of the tour, the number of countries we cover, the hotels requested for, the lowest air fare we are able to secure as well as the ever increasing fuel tax imposed by the airlines.
